```Duties```
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

```Requirements```
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Experience working with patients with behavioral health needs or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (such as Epic) is preferred
- Ability to perform physical examinations and provide basic patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques for equipment and supplies
- Ability to phlebotomize patients for laboratory testing
