We are looking for someone who has a heart for seniors and wants to be a part of ensuring they have quality care in their later years. We are seeking someone with good job stability that enjoys working autonomously (self directed without a lot of supervision) as well as with a supportive team, and enjoys the intricacies of putting together a puzzle (our schedule is very much like a puzzle at times). This professional needs to work well with tight timeliens, have a high degree of attention to detail and an aptitude for scheduling. Previous caregiving experience is a must. If you are passionate about providing quality service to the seniors in your community, we want to talk with you.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Evenings or weekends may be required at times in emergency situations, assessments or caregiver/client introductions.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities (this is not a complete list of job duties) :

  • Coordinate scheduling of client visits in our software system
  • Be a focal point of communications with caregivers and clients
  • Match the right caregivers to the right clients
  • Be responsible for the well-being of both the clients and the caregivers
  • Handling basic business needs such as: late clock ins, shift changes, and other non-urgent matters
  • Keep caregivers’ schedules full while fulfilling requirements of client care plans
  • Assist with HR functions such as hiring/recruiting and orientation
  • Covering shifts in emergencies with our In Home Care and/ or Cluster Care Clients
  • Be a part of our On Call support team, handling on call duties one week per month
  • Assist with supervision of client's to ensure their care plan goals are being met and client's are satisified with services
  • Assist in supervion of caregivers to ensure they are following established care plans, adhering to company policies and feel supported in their role
  • Market ABS services in community
  • Assist with delegated admistrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A “people-person” who’s able to remain pleasant and considerate under stress
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn quickly and continually
  • Must have valid WA driver’s license and insured automobile and be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role preferred but not required
  • Prior experience as a caregiver
  • HCA or CNA preferred
  • Must live local to the Bothell, WA area
